The Mock Interview.

Getting to know each other

We will start by talking — no pressure, no evaluation yet. I want to understand who you are, where you’re at in the application cycle, and what you’re hoping to get out of the interview. This helps me tailor questions and feedback to your situation so the practice actually reflects who you are and the conversations you're walking into.

Interview: 45 minutes

Forty-five minutes designed to cover the full range you might face on interview day. We’ll hit the classics, the unexpected and less typical ones that catch applicants off guard. We’ll get into the questions that consistently trip people up — the ethical scenarios and behavioral prompts, and the personal ones that are harder to answer out loud.

Feedback: 15 minutes

Direct & honest feedback. I’ll tell you what worked, what didn’t, and exactly what to change before your real interview. The focus is actionable: notes on your answers, your delivery, and the habits you may not realize you have. You'll leave with a clear list of fixes you can practice immediately, ranked by what will move the needle most.

If we’ve covered the feedback and there is time left, the floor is yours. Ask me anything — about the cycle, about interviews, about anything you’re unsure of and I’ll share whatever advice I can. Feedback always comes first, so on some missions this runs long and this part gets shorter. But when there’s room, this is your chance to ask away.
